When an insurance contract is concluded, the contract data are automatically transferred to our Service Portal. We thereby make your insurance documents as well as forms for the administration of your data and claims reporting available on a digital platform. When you use the portal, your data will be sent to our cooperation partner MSH INTERNATIONAL in France for the performance of the contractual relationship. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this regard is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you are entitled in accordance with Article 15 ff GDPR to the right of access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
