I have problems with the app or have discovered an error. Who can I contact?

 If there are any technical problems with the app, we would like to ask you to give us feedback in one of the following ways:

On which devices can I use the app?

The My BDAE app can be used on mobile devices that use iOS or Android.

Unfortunately, use via our website or a web browser is currently not possible, but is under development.

What is the BDAE app and what can I use it for?

The app is a service for BDAE customers. It currently offers the following functions:

  • Submission of receipts and invoices
  • Overview of the processing status
  • Direct communication with the BDAE
  • Maintenance of personal data

Further functions are currently under development.
