The customer portal 'My BDAE'
You can use the customer portal to submit invoices and receipts quickly and easily and view the status of your claims processing at any time.
Note: Our new customer portal 'My BDAE' was launched on 1 April 2025. Unfortunately, you cannot use the access data from the old portal for the new service. (New) registration is possible directly in the new portal. If you are already registered for the ‘My BDAE’ app, you can also log in to the new policyholder portal using the app access data. The old service portal can still be used, but it will be deactivated on 1 June 2025.
