  • you check and evaluate incoming application documents for our product range consisting of international health insurances and other international insurances
  • you enter and process the applications in our customer system
  • you make phone calls and write to the applicants in German and English
  • you do general administrative tasks from time to time

  • you have already gained experience in administration, most likely in the insurance sector
  • you have, for example, completed vocational training as an insurance salesperson or equivalent
