On which devices can I use the app?

The My BDAE app can be used on mobile devices that use iOS or Android.

Use via a web browser is possible via our customer portal. You can access this at https://app.bdae.com/

What is the BDAE app and what can I use it for?

The app is a service for BDAE customers. It currently offers the following functions:

  • Submission of receipts and invoices
  • Overview of the processing status
  • Direct communication with the BDAE
  • Maintenance of personal data
